1. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. While we strive to keep our inventory updated, some items may become unavailable without notice. In the event a product is out of stock after you’ve placed an order, we will notify you immediately and offer alternatives or a full refund.


2. Pricing Policy

All prices are listed in [Currency, e.g., GBP], inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, you will always be charged the price displayed at the time of your order confirmation.

Promotional prices and discounts are only valid during the promotional period and cannot be applied to previous purchases.


3. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Inaccurate pricing or product information

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Shipping restrictions in your country or region


4. Return & Exchange

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, please refer to our [Refund and Returns Policy] for detailed instructions on how to return or exchange an item.

Note: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase by contacting our support team. After this window, we may not be able to cancel the order as it could already be processed or shipped.


6. Discounts & Promotions

Discount codes must be entered at checkout to be valid. Only one discount code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.


7. Fraud Prevention

We take fraud seriously. All suspicious transactions are subject to verification and possible cancellation. We may request additional documentation (e.g., ID, billing proof) to confirm a purchase.
