1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at contact@purehato.com.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other local charges imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will assist in tracking your package and resolving the issue.
If your shipment is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
